Connecting guests
PHOTOGRAPHER TALKS TO ATTENDEE DURING EVENT
Photographer or Assistant takes a photo, then asks guest for their number and "tags” them in our system (similar to your phone asking if a certain person in a photo is you). A weblink to the images is then texted to the guest and any further photos of themselves will show up in that gallery and they will be notified by text when more photos are posted.
ATTENDEE SELF-REGISTERS THROUGH TEXT AT EVENT
Attendee texts an older headshot or selfie to a phone number.
Provide signage and/or cards for the photographer with the number or a QR code.

Either have all event photos pushed out or add an onsite editor to choose what gets posted live with a slight delay.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS
During an event, attendees can either be tagged in the system by our team or they can easily self register by texting a photo of themselves to a designated number. There are various sponsorship options that are able to be integrated at this step. Pre-event registration is also possible and typically used for incentive trip coverage.

F A Q
What if there's no wifi? Or no cellular signal?
Ideally we would have solid wifi during the event, however, we have modes of operation for every environment you may encounter. In the most extreme case, our offline mode can be used until there’s a wifi connection or usable cellular signal.
How long will photos remain on the system so that guests can view them?
We current keep photos available for a minimum of 60 days, but often much longer. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.
